Learning Objectives:

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

1. Identify and release old habits, fears, mindsets, and past hurts that hinder transformation, surrendering them to God

2. Understand that transformation happens in hidden places and trust God's behind-the-scenes work even without immediate visible results

3. Embrace the discomfort of change as a necessary part of becoming a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17)

4. Replace negative patterns with Christ-centered alternatives through intentional "Let Go & Let God" practices

5. Visualize themselves being reshaped by God's hands for His purposes, cultivating deeper intimacy with Him
